At Tool Nirvana, we stand behind the quality of our equipment and want to ensure your workshop is perfectly equipped. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Tool Nirvana account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Tools
Securely place the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
